Private - Personal Training Session 1-on-1

To achieve maximum results from any exercise, frequency is the key.
Whether you decide to take on Multiple Weekly Personal Trainer sessions, or continue to exercise at home, we recommend you exercise at least 3-4 days per week. ~ Recovery Time (Days off) is essential in any effective exercise regime.
